Making a Purchase

To purchase any of our products, just browse through our website and when you find the item you require just click the model required. This will select the chosen product and add it into your basket. You can continue browsing through the store for other items to add to the basket or proceed to the Checkout. The Checkout and your Basket contents are located at the top of the web pages. To purchase your selected item(s) just click the Checkout link at the top right of the web page and follow the online instructions to complete your secure purchase.

Here at all major credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Discover, Diners Club International.

A confirmation invoice receipt will be sent to the email address you enter when purchasing your items when payment has been received. This indicates the item(s) purchased from us, and does not represent a binding contract between us exists. This term is solely included to protect us should there have been any mistake made with our pricing and it has been displayed inadvertently under priced or that we can no longer obtain the item(s) for reasons beyond our control. Should there be any problem with the under pricing of any item(s) purchased or we can no longer obtain the purchased item(s) we will always contact you. In both instances a full refund will be offered. Your address and email details provided are only used by ourselves to fulfill your purchase and are not passed on to any other organisation.

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all the information provided on this site, can not accept responsibility for any errors which may occur. Please note that measurements are provided simply as a guide only and may not be exact. Some products are also hand made any may vary slightly in size. Therefore we do not recommend doing any installation work prior to having the goods in your possession. Any plumbing work carried out before having the goods in your possession is undertaken at your own risk and Nevelli are not responsible for any errors or ill fitting items which may occur as a result. It is good practice to have the goods in your possession before booking tradesman and carrying out any plumbing, building or electrical work.

Shipping and Handling

All our products displayed on our site are DELIVERED FREE to UK mainland addresses, except where a delivery charge is advised. All items are dispatched through independent couriers, or supplier, or our own transport and will require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery hours are generally Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm. Specific time slots are not available. Should there be no one available to sign for goods, a card will be left with a telephone number of your local depot who can be contacted to arrange a redelivery to your address at a mutually agreeable date. Some hard to reach places may incur a small extra delivery charge. this will always be agreed prior to dispatch. Overseas shipping can be arranged at an extra cost, please contact us for current prices and further details.

Please note that couriers UK wide are only contracted/insured to deliver kerb/roadside therefore you may have to bring the radiator(s) into your property yourself and for large or heavy items you may require assistance.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery schedules are as stated by each product, these are typically:
Heated towel rails, designer radiators, and accessories are delivered within 48 hours of receipt of order or as displayed by Nevelli.

Cast iron radiators are typically delivered within 14 working days, bespoke and coloured products 4 to 5 weeks.

Please be aware orders for classic column radiators (when ordered in multiples) and cast iron radiators will typically be delivered on a pallet. This is a kerbside delivery service as the driver is not insured to carry the goods inside.

Nevelli advise against booking any plumbers, builders or electricians prior to receipt of your items and until they have been checked. Nevelli cannot be held liable in any way for any plumbers, builders or electricians costs or compensation. We cannot compensate in any way for costs incurred for time off work in the unlikely event an item(s) does not arrive on the expected delivery date due to reasons beyond our control. All items are dispatched through independent couriers and require a signature upon receipt. Should there be no one available to sign a card will be left with a telephone number of your local depot who can be contacted to arrange a redelivery to your address at a mutually agreeable date.

Please inspect goods for transit damage and notify us of any problems within 3 working days of receipt of items. Nevelli can not be held responsible for damages or missing items reported after this time.

Tax Charges

All prices on our website include VAT of 20%. Our VAT registration number is 945 0549 14 A VAT receipt will be posted to you upon receipt of order.

Credit Card Security

We take security very seriously at Nevelli. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, a online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. We use Card save, a trusted and well recognised online payment processor for our online credit card transactions. Card save use a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data, protecting both the retailer and their shoppers.


Nevelli guarantee your satisfaction from our carefully selected products and product ranges, to not only offer the best in quality but true value for money. All products are covered where stated with a 5, 10 and 25 years manufacturers guarantee. All these guarantees are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Any item(s) have been professionally fitted and according to good plumbing/electrical practices.

These product(s) have been cared for and maintained in a suitable manner and in accordance with any manufacturers instructions. If any of the product(s) have been misused, modified, neglected, willfully or accidentally damaged the guarantee is invalid.

In any event of a guarantee claim, the liability of Nevelli is limited ONLY to the product supplied, it does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from a defective product(s).

Privacy Policy

Nevelli will not disclose your address and email details to any other parties unless directly linked to the fulfillment of your purchase (ie couriers). We never pass on your details to any other organisation.

Returns Policy

Please inspect all goods on arrival for any damages, faults or missing items and notify us of any problems within 3 working days of receipt of your goods. Nevelli can not be held responsible for damaged/missing/faulty items reported after this time.

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to check the goods at the actual time of delivery then you MUST tick the "goods unchecked" box on the courier delivery note when signing as if the goods have been signed for as "checked" then we may not be able to replace any damaged items. If you are unable to check the goods when they arrive and there is no obvious "unchecked" option when signing then you must clearly write "unchecked" next to your signature.

In the instance of any damages or faults, we may require photos of the damage or fault, this is to assist in ascertaining what the problem may be and can also be required in any case where transit damage has occurred. If a photo is required it is the responsibility of the customer to provide this.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing problem with any of our products, please notify us within a 3 day period from receipt of item(s), and we will arrange for the defective items to be collected and replaced. Any unwanted returned items, unless otherwise agreed, will have to be shipped back to us within 28 days from date of purchase for a refund. Alternatively, if we are to collect the goods we will have to charge on the courier costs. Returned unwanted items must not have been fitted and must be in their original packaging. Unwanted items which have been installed and/or used are deemed 'second hand" and are strictly non-returnable.

Cancellation and Returns Policy for 'Made to Order" products. These products include our specialist Cast Iron radiators and also any individual bespoke items made to specific requirements. If you decided to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We may therefore charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Any returns MUST be notified to us before being returned. Returned items will NOT be accepted at our registered office in Hadleigh therefore you must notify us of any intended returns.

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched then a returns charge will be applied.
